New class alert Calling all Isla peeps! From next week, I will be adding a new in-person class to my schedule - Sunrise Vinyasa from my rooftop studio. The first class will be Wednesday 28th April at 7.30am and will continue every Wednesday going forward. It's going to be a great way to start the day... An invigorating and detoxifying vinyasa flow overlooking the Caribbean sea. For those of you that haven't been to my rooftop before, it's located behind Madera Food & art mid-island - it's super easy to get to for anyone located in the Salinas and La Gloria area. The class is donation based so you can pay whatever you feel is appropriate. Can't wait to share this class with you!
