Yesterday we had our periodical ‘Confie Sessions’ where Ambassadors and managers get together to chat with our VP Javier de la Torre. This time around we did it a little differently by making our Session a bit more comfortable, doing it remotely on a video call. Our VP answered questions like ‘How's Confie doing regarding the pandemic? When will things go back to normal on-site? and what is the biggest learning we got from this situation?... To which our VP answered ’The biggest learning is that we can accomplish anything’. We also had the introduction of our new Sr. Director of Operations, Santiago Cordero, who will assist the company to continue improving our ways and keep growing as the great organization we are. We also did a little Trivia in which our Ambassadors got to answer fun questions and earn prizes like our new Confie Shirt. We finished the session with a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT for all our Ambassadors.
