¡Inspiración Honoris Causa! Además de todo lo anterior, Xaab ha sido secretario de la Regiduría Municipal de Salud y auxiliar de la Regiduría Municipal de Educación en el H. Ayuntamiento de Tlahuitoltepec Mixe, Oaxaca. Participaciones que obtuvo bajo el sistema normativo propio de su municipio, cuya elección es por asamblea y/o por designación de las y los titulares de la regidurías.
