We Are San Quintin

This is our favorite beach to visit! It is called Cantiles because of the cliffs in the area. ¡Esta es nuestra playa favorita para visitar! Se le llama Cantiles por los acantilados de la zona.

La Bahía de San Quintín se encuentra en la Lista de Humedales de Importancia Internacional. San Quintín Bay is on the List of Wetlands of International Importance.

(English below) La Misión Santo Domingo fue fundada por los dominicanos Miguel Hidalgo y Manuel García en 1775 entre los indios Kiliwa de la Baja California, México. Está cerca de la Colonia Vicente Guerrero, al nordeste de San Quintín. Es el sitio arqueológico más antiguo con el que cuenta el valle de San Quintín. Nos encanta visitar este lugar para sentir que viajamos al pasado y al inicio de lo que más tarde se convirtió en San Quintín. Las paredes de adobe en ruinas sobr...eviven aún, atestiguando la antigua presencia de la misión. Misión Santo Domingo was founded among the Kiliwa Indians of Baja California, Mexico, by the Dominicans Miguel Hidalgo and Manuel García in 1775. It is located near Colonia Vicente Guerrero and northeast of San Quintín. It´s the oldest archeological site in the San Quintin valley. We love to visit this place to feel we travel to the past and the beginning of what later became San Quintín.
