The chef we had for the week was Angel. He was such a kind and talented individual, and you could tell he takes great pride in his cooking, using techniques and mixing recipes he learned from his childhood in with his professional training. As for the cleaning service Alma provided on a daily basis, was a nice touch coming back to the room with your bed made and fresh towels. The work ethic of both Angel and Alma is top notch, and we were so fortunate to have met them, truly two wonderful individuals." Steven T.
