A wonderful reflection by one of our superstar Australian baristas selected to take part in Trueque Festival back in February!

Trueque barista Kurtis Tupangaia took some Oaxacan coffee beans from Cherry Black back to Melbourne and this is what he said: Hey crew! I held a coffee tasting at Proud Mary Coffee Roasters in Melbourne, Australia last night with all of the beans that I brought back with me from Mexico. We had almost 30 people in attendance, and I wanted to let you know that these two gems were some of the favourites on the table. Everyone was really excited to see such high quality natural a...nd honey processed coffee coming out of Oaxaca, and were very impressed by the roast.
