Did you also know that we also have an extensive online library of taped classes for you to take at your convenience? You can get access to both live classes and the class library for only 500 pesos per month. That's less than a dollar a day Stay well, stay centered and keep forging on

After much deliberation with our members, The Studio will be closed to further classes. While we were all thinking that we were safe because we know one another and we are a small group, we are really only as isolated as the LEAST ISOLATED member. Let that sink in, please. If not everyone is isolating or quarantining, you are not either. I am going to spend tonight and tomorrow working on the best option for streaming classes. The Studio will return when the world has a better handle on things. We are incredibly grateful that we can survive this economically. Many other local laborers and small businesses are not so fortunate. I beg of you to please support them if you can. Stay tuned for more info.
