Things we hate about San Miguel being overcrowded... Winter is here so as hundreds of tourists all around our beautiful city. Remember San Miguel and other touristic cities can feel overcrowded for many of you, just relax and smile, we love tourism and we do the best we can to help you enjoy your visit!... 1.- Traffic jam Remember many of this cities were built over 400 years ago. The streets were made for people to walk, ride a horse. With many cars coming into the city and double sided streets, eventually we make a traffic jam. So if you are visiting us, specially on the weekends, please BE PATIENT!!!! 2.- My favorite place... closed Mexico is a very Catholic country. This is the reason we have hundreds of religious celebrations throughout the year. A couple of weeks weekend Atotonilco was "closed" for touring, this creates a big disappointment with many people who were crazy about the idea of visiting the "Sistine Chapel of Latinamerica". In Follow Me Tours, we will wisely and honestly advise you ahead of time of this to create your time in San Miguel simply the best. 3.- Making a big line... Again, many of our museums are old houses that have been restored to become museums. Places like Diego Rivera Museum in Guanajuato or Frida Kahlo in CDMX can seem collapsing. Sometimes you can wait over an hour to visit museums. In Follow Me Tours we will help you to get inside and to enjoy this places. AND RIGHT NOW, BIG LINES AT THE GAS STATIONS, SMILE AND BE PATIENT, WE STAY IN LINE TO SEE YOU SMILE WHEN WE TAKE YOU ON A TOUR AND OUR CAR MARK FULL TANK 4.- Food... Restaurants sometimes makes a big difference in your tours. In Mexico, many restaurants in downtown areas may not have a reservation available because they are not allowed by the government. So a place who someone recommended you may not be able at the time you tour. In Follow Me Tours we will help you get to this places. Again, we will be PATIENT!!! 5.- Weather... Mother nature is mother nature. Despite some people thinks there is not such a thing as global warming, touring can be hard according to the daily weather. Sometimes during the winter you can get a wonderful day, a sunny day, a rainy day, and more. Enjoy SMA as well.
