El amor por el Origen, por el terroir. Para nosotros el terroir (terruño) lo es todo, por esta razón en nuestras etiquetas de la colección orgánica siempre ostentamos el nombre del terruño especifico de donde fue extraído el agave, ya que cada uno de nuestros lotes son producto de un agave orgánico plantado en un terreno delimitado para su posterior Jima permitiendo así que se exprese no solo el agave, también su origen. En nuestra colección orgánica jamás mezclamos agave...s de diferentes zonas o edades, esto garantiza el aporte real del terruño y la calidad suprema en nuestros destilados. ___ The love for the Origin, for the terroir. For us the terroir (land) is everything, for this reason in our labels of the organic collection we always emphasize the name of the specific terroir from which the agave was extracted, since each of our batches is the product of an organic agave Planted in a limited area for its later Jima, allowing not only the agave to express itself, but also its origin. In our organic collection we never mix agaves from different areas or ages, this guarantees the real contribution of the terroir and the supreme quality in our spirits. @santanera.tequila
