It's time for SALSA, TEQUILA & WINE ... starting today (FRIDAY)at 2pm with MANHATTAN ... continuing from 5 - 9pm with AZUCAR CUBANA - and - DINAMITA EN SHOW ... and closing the show tonight will be MACHITO RUIZ with his full orchestra and dancers beginning their performance at 9pm until they're done! SATURDAY we give you time to rest ... until 3pm when we start all over again ... with DINAMITA EN SHOW from 3 - 6pm, AZUCAR CUBANA from 6 - 9pm, and of course ... MACHITO RUIZ wi...th his orchestra and dancers from 9pm until around midnight. DON'T MISS A SINGLE PERFORMANCE ... each time these wonderful musicians perform for us during the festival they will be presenting DIFFERENT music! No repeats! SALSA WORKSHOP ... Saturday at 12 noon and again at 1pm on the main stage on the Malecon. Come and fine tune - or learn - your Salsa movements from MACHITO RUIZ and be ready for the party on Saturday night! Just $200 pesos and you'll discover moves you didn't even know you had! SEATING ... is still available for both days. $2,000 pesos per day for a table of 10 - OR - $200 pesos per day for an individual seat with great view of the stage, close to food and beverages. Please see our CASHIER / CAJA on Calle Ensenada if you haven't already made or paid for your seating arrangements. ADULT BEVERAGES ... are all located on CALLE ENSENADA next to the main stage. As you can see ... it's almost 2am and I'm still working on the Festival information. Tomorrow and Saturday are gonna' be BUSY. Friday / Saturday April 26 & 27 on the Malecon Festivities begin at 2pm on Friday and 3pm on Saturday with continuous m...usic untill around midnight each night. Free to the public. Live SALSA bands from San Felipe, Mexicali and Tijuana. 100% of the net proceeds will be donated to the CASA DIGNA project in SF that is developing housing for indigenous local single mothers and their children. We are offering a reserved seating area with tables of 10 near the stage. Prepaid Tables of 10 are $2,000 pesos per day or individual seats at $200 pesos per day. Please message me for reservations. What's a Festival without fabulous WINE? Our thanks to Victor Rodriguez, Marsha Newman and Francisco Sosa for encouraging participation by the following vinicolas on the Ruta de Vino in Guadalupe Valley (Ensenada): ALXIME, BIBAYOFF & SOL DE MEDIO NOCHE. They have very kindly provided their award winning wines to our Festival for you to enjoy. Wines will be sold by the glass or bottle in the Festival Wine & Tequila Pavillion on Calle Ensenada, to the right of the stage.
