The doggos weren't sure why the erg was on the patio, but they appreciated the extra backyard time after their 30 min evening walk. . @concept2inc posted the workout of the day earlier, and I decided to give it a try: a 5000m row at a 20 rate with no defined pace. I struggled to hit the target rate at first, because my natural rhythm is closer to 26-28 rate, but I settled in after the first 1000m and kept it to a 2:10 pacefor a total time of 21:40.
