OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Introducing my Spring Equinox 108 practice! I'll be virtually hosting a yoga practice, offered to yogis globally, in honor of the women whose voices are unheard here in Mexico. We will be flowing through a practice of 108 Sun Salutations (roughly 2 hours) in celebration of the Spring Equinox. Things to note: *All proceeds will go towards a small group of women who provide yoga as a healing modality to survivors of violent domestic situations. These wome...n have requested full privacy, in order to protect the women involved. They have asked for new mats for the students of the sessions. *This event is open to ALL practitioners, however donors do not need to feel obliged to attend the event.
