Throwback from last Wednesday when as a tribute to Mexico’s #independenceday we had our lovely chef Lucy make some Chiles en Nogada which is very typical and the chiles where red, green and white! Sadly this year Charros were not a part of the independe day parade so we couldn’t take our horses for the ride. But well, maybe next year! Riding and getting some fresh air! This quarantine can be a bit stuffed for a lot of people that live with family or in apartments! Getting some fresh air! Being all day indoors can get a little stuffed so we are scheduling 1 client at a time outdoor rides! Keeping in shape during quarantine! We take our horses for some fresh air in the mountains and have some sun in the outdoors with some safety :). We are hoping we can open soon and make some beautiful memories!

Life in Ajusco during quarantine! We are helping our local ranches with moving cattle, and trying to help our community every way we can. We still need to relax! Every now and then we still take rides to unwind from long days being couped in our homes :). Every day the world is closer to a cure and we can go back to normal, with all we learned in this and as a result wiser.... Keep Calm and carry on!
