One of the great things about Zona Maco was having the opportunity to meet some of the artists who'd participated in the online residency Art Lab Project here in person. Today one of our Mexican artists got to meet another resident in Houston Texas. The art fair has been very generous to our community and we are excited to announce many new collaborations with the Ministry of Culture, collectors, artists, and curators. Now we build from the success and will be launching Manifiesto - El Future es Queer / Manifesto - The Future is Queer across several locations in the city for June 25th - Pride weekend. Application deadline May 31. Art Lab Peoject - Exhibition Incubator - application deadline is May 15th with a start date of May 20th. I will begin the notification process on Friday, May 14th. Manifiesto - El Futuro es Queer - Actualmente aceptamos propuestas para nuestra muestra de orgullo de junio. La muestra estará en la galería y en varios espacios de la Ciudad de México. Los artistas mexicanos (que viven en México solamente) pueden aplicar directamente con propuestas en PDF al correo electrónico de PRPG.mx. Los artistas fuera de México pueden aplicar utilizando el enlace "aplicar" en el sitio web PRPG.mx. Todos los artistas deberán escribir un manifiesto de 25...0 palabras sobre lo que creen que es el futuro de lo queer para la exposición y el catálogo. Manifesto - The Future is Queer - currently accepting proposals for our June pride show. The show will be in the gallery and in several spaces throughout Mexico City. Mexican artists (living in Mexico only) can apply directly with PDF proposals to PRPG.mx email. Artists outside of Mexico may apply using the link "apply" on PRPG.mx website.
