We’re thrilled to be designing and helping to self-publish The Hog Book with @sac.a.lait and @jodyhorton ! The Kickstarter is almost at our goal (link in bio). This book means a lot to me not only because I adore the author and photographer, but because as an almost-vegetarian, I would never hesitate to eat wild hog. Due to a tiny gestation period and their ability to thrive in almost any climate, the population is wildly out of control. Not only do they destroy crops and p...arkland, this invasive species also squeezes out other wildlife and upsets ecological systems. IMHO, it's the most responsible protein one can eatand it's super delicious!
