STOP right there, with your ‘yeah but’ Truly believing, but stated knowing, that the only thing that is holding you back from reaching your goals and dreaming bigger is your mindset. Note to 2021 self: ... There’s nothing holding you back. This is what you gotta do to that little negative Nancy in your head... Holding this mindset is a freakin’ superpower, my friends. It becomes a daily practice to ‘hold the vision’ of your dream, of your desired future self, career, goal, business, love life, relationship, body, project Hold the vision at first can just look like, put your head down and start doing the WORK. So what IS THE WORK you need to do? Maybe you need to figure that out first, learn a new skill so that you can carry out the work to get you where you want to go? Or maybe you feel more confident investing in yourself to make sure you show up to learn, to do the work, to advance on your goals? A course? A coach? "Renew Your Connection to the Sun! Try to rise and fall with the sun, and take 2 minutes every morning to greet the sun, even if just through a window. I love to drink my morning tea or coffee with the sunrise. In part to get some early morning (and non-damaging) rays on my face which is a vitamin D booster and in part to help my circadian rhythms align and set my body off right for the day but really already preparing it for a good night’s sleep in the evening.
