YOGA EN LINEA Una de las únicas actividades que he estado haciendo constantemente durante la pandemia son mis clases de yoga en línea tres veces... por semana. Lunes, Miércoles, Viernes de 8am hasta 9am. Estoy muy agradecida con mis profesores de yoga por aceptar el desafío de ofrecer clases en línea para que podamos seguir practicando desde la comodidad de nuestros hogares. El yoga me ha mantenido flexible, libre de dolor, tranquila y centrada durante el cierre de 2020. Recomiendo sus clases sin importar tu nivel o conocimiento de yoga.
