But there is more to Property Management than finding renters..... you need to also maintain the home. In this case the aljibe (sistern water tank) had not been cleaned in so long, the lid was rusted shut, and it had weeds growing in it. Further to this, the water filters were on bypass versus changing them, and the picture of the first stage water filter tells its own story! Have you heard horror stories of people renting over the internet, to arrive and find out the place was not as advertised? We will check it out for you. Remember, in most cases, the agent works for the landlord, not for you!

Many agents charge 1 month rent for a 12 month lease (8%) but are no where to be seen when the client breaks the lease early (don’t fool yourself, we have seen this four times in the past ten months.) Furthermore, they do not provide the month to month service. We take a different approach: we charge the standard monthy fee for maintaining your property, and then assess our Finder’s Fee monthly; with this, you only pay this portion if we keep your home rented.

Infrastructure is considered an Essential Service, and this must include accommodation. Plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, and many others are essential to our heath and security. This may include your Property Manager who arranges these services, and your agent who needs to find you new accommodation if for example your landlord is returning due to COVID19. The circle is bigger than you think!
