Thank you Chef Emmanuel Campoy of EMMANUEL's Kitchen for making every dish so beautiful!... Thank you to the Chef’s Challenge producers Carol Becvarik & Carolina Suárez! And all the volunteers of our market who rolled out their sleeves & helped carved the way to all of these events! It was not only fun, but we helped and reached so many along the way! The first Chef’s Challenge dinner Machimá was exquisite! What a wonderful way to celebrate our joint anniversaries after a year that has tested us so much! Chefs Jorge & Massimo (of Palé Ajijic) created a delightful combination of flavors, beauty and delights! To experience food from our market transformed in these original gourmet creations was definitely a joy in every bite. The evening was breezy, the music a perfect touch to a moment that transported us to the wonde...rs this world has to offer! Vegan can be so tasty! Thank you chefs & thank you Machimá for taking on the challenge to celebrate our local food culture and supporting our local farmers market since day one! Dessert not shown.
