You may have seen this on another Puerto website, but just in case, I am very pleased to share with this group the news that Chris Ryan, the President of Lakeland Industries (one of the world’s top five suppliers of PPE) made a very generous donation this week to Puerto Escondido of 50 CTL428 XL Hazmat suits. These are suits that can be washed, dried and reused as needed. He and Jim Drumgoole, the manager of the Lakeland office in Mexico, worked very hard to get the suits to town in three days. Twenty-five of the suits went to the hospital with 30 beds in Puerto; another twenty-five went to our local IMSS office. See the photo of the Director of IMSS Clinica Numero 32 in Puerto Escondido. .
