At FIMI we advocate so that the Member States of the United Nations promote multilingual and multicultural societies. Why? According to UNESCO:... One language disappears every two weeks. 600 languages have disappeared in the last century. It is likely that before the end of this century 90% of the world's languages will have disappeared.
