Pa’l real as Ka’an is a place that emerged from the synergy of a group of friends who wanted to convey the excitement of sharing the table. Pal ’Real is not only a very well done casual food restaurant. It is the heart of a gastronomic ecosystem where in addition to eating well, you drink the best coffee in the country, the best tequila in the world and drink...ing drinks with a dreamy hospitality. Caligari, Café Estelar, De La O, are just some names that have given the unique touch to the culinary scene of that city. Fabián is a core part of this crazy group and is in charge of connecting the flavors of Jalisco with the different atmospheres of their places.
