Mix of nuts, seeds, shredded coco, cacao, and spices: ginger, cardamom and cinnamon. Just got more cacao sent from my lady in Michoacán. It’s pure cacao beans toasted and ground on a metate, then formed into these circles. Unprocessed perfection! This is what makes Julia’s Jungle Kitchen chocolates so yummy!

IMPORTANT UPDATE: I’m going to extend the pick up hours this week to space it out a bit so pick up this Thursday the 26th will be from 10:45-11:30 and 3:00-3:45.... To reduce the number of people out and about, maybe see if your neighbor or friend can pick up for you!, Please remember to come pick up your stuff on Thursday or you will most likely not be getting it any time soon after that.
