On August 30, within the setting of the "Programa de Fomento a la Regulación de Centros y Organizaciones de Asistencia Social 2018", we had the opportunity to sign a collaboration agreement with DIF. On this day we had the honor of sharing with Mrs. Maru Carreño de Márquez as well as personalities such as: Mtra. Perla Monserrat Hernández Cuellar, Mr. Jorge Alberto Santos López and Miss Zaira Samara Hernández Porras. This support will allow us to update and improve our institutional projects to continue in the professionalization of the services we provide, adhering to our institutional vision.

On this tour, English-speaking guides walk participants through San Miguel's glorious past, showing them the city center, its historical buildings, and many churches. The tour, which includes an in-depth look at the interior of the Parroquia, takes approximately 2 1/2 hours and covers a ten-block area. It's a definite "must" for any visitor to San Miguel! REGULARLY SCHEDULED WALKING TOURS take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Groups meet in the Jardin across from th...e Parroquia (large church) at 9:45 AM and leave promptly at 10:00 AM. Cost: $300 pesos. To schedule a PRIVATE TOUR call 152-7796. You pick the tour's date and time! The cost for private tours for 1-4 people is $1400 pesos. Add $350 pesos for each additional person over the initial four. Each $300 pesos contribution to the walking tour supports the work of Pro Niños and has for the past 25 years. Revenue from the tours constitutes 25% of the yearly budget of the organization.
