Ok a busy week ahead in terms of specials, I have made a lot of changes and hope there is something that tickles your fancy. If not let me know and remember as ...always we have the full menu available plus our frozen menu which is getting some great reviews. MONDAY: as always is curry night. I did two Japanese options which was well received but this week I am going with a red Thai Curry with a chicken or shrimp option and over Jasmine Rice. Chicken 175 pesos Shrimp: 195 TUESDAY; Beef stroganoff. This is a beautiful traditional Russian dish which I do with a splash of cognac and beef fillet, cremini mushrooms over egg fettuccine noodles. I love this dish but have had over the years so many bad versions, the secret in my opinion is to use a very good and lean fillet. 195 pesos WEDNESDAY: you loved it last week so I am doing it again. Mango shrimps with asparagus, bacon and garlic spaghetti with a touch of chili de árbol. $245 pesos THURSDAY; A French classic Chicken Chauseur. Literally means hunters chicken. This has a white wine base, and is a sectioned half chicken suitable for two and we will send it over cauliflower potato purée. For two is $ 275 pesos FRIDAY; Sweet and Sour Tenderloin Pork, this Chinese classic will be served over sticky Japanese rice. $ 185 pesos. SATURDAY; Tex Mex again, you said you liked them so here it is fully loaded arrachera burritos smothered in chili, cheese and sour cream. Guacamole, pico de gallo and chili salsas. $185 pesos. SUNDAY; whole Roast chicken, stuffed and with all the trimmings. Delicious comfort food. $495 pesos Hope you have a great week, we are always here for you.
