A small part of our story Two years ago we sent our first shipment of mezcal to Europe. The journey, in which we sent four incredible mezcals (Tobalá, Tepeztate, Espadín, and a fantastic Ensamble of Coyote, Barril, Tobasiche and Lumbre), started in San Baltazar Guelavila in the state of Oaxaca, crossed the Atlantic, reached the port of Hamburg in 67 days and from there set off for the final destination; Bristol, UK. We are the first Mezcal to be moved by the wind, literally, ...arriving in Europe by sailboat. We believe in sustainability and alternative methods of commercial transportation. We care about the planet and we care about people. We’ve undertaken two trips to date and are currently preparing for the third one. There will be many more.
