#Mexicali chefs are really passionate. Beto Gonzalez, is a 3rd generation restaurant owner and has been cooking for 35 years. Chef Beto grew up in his dads Seafood restaurant, so his cooking is inspired by the love and passion that his father had for his craft. Restaurant Cuatro Taller De Cocina is his latest venture which many claim is one of the best restaurants in Mexicali.
