And those sensations started to came, in the way I find out it was more easy if I was relax, but I needed to find out what it was that feeling for me while: "A great spectacular pause of everything that was not relevant for my own way of being" ~~~ESP~~~ Temas subjetivos en la Apnea Por ejemplo en esta imagen: Obviamente este es un ejercicio de estiramiento, estiramiento de la casa torácica para mejorar la flexibilidad de los músculos respiratorios (El Diafragma como una bolsa abajo de las cosillas y los intercostales, la carne entre las costillas) Músculos respiratorios más flexibles significa menos incómodidad antes, durante y después de una Apnea... Pero como llego aquí? Donde está el placer de hacer esto y por qué... Yo empecé a sostener mi respiración por curiosidad, estaba inspirado por el video de una Atleta que hizo una distancia de locura en una Psicina, ella se veía tan relajada, con tanta paz y realización Y simplemente comencé a hacerlo...
