Realizamos el diseño Interior de @duke.gdl un desarrollo vertical con el slogan LIVE + WORK + PLAY de @gnadesarrollos. Los espacios habilitados con mobiliario contemporáneo y cierto pop of color caracterizan este proyecto único en su tipo en Guadalajara.

En este diseño de family room, logramos integrar la vista a la montaña con tonos térreos y cálidos en el espacio. Para romper un poco la monocromía, optamos por un sillón de acento en tonos turquesas, nos permite generar visualmente un área adicional en el family destinada a la lectura o quizás solo para descansar.

Avoid decorating your home with primary colors because they feel childish and simplistic. For best results, use more unique colors such as electric yellow, emerald green, electric orange, fuchsia, mauve, chartreuse, lime green, steel blue, bright navy, and gold. These colors are truly unique and special.

Es la casa más pequeña que hemos hecho, con un poco más de 40 metros cuadrados, aprovechamos los acentos de color en todos los espacios disponibles. Recorremos azules intensos, verdes esmeraldas y naranjas quemados, sin embargo, es gracias a la diferente combinación de texturas y la pulcritud de sus volúmenes que logramos una comunión y lectura entre cada una de las habitaciones.

Entertaining friends & Family is more sociable in an open-plan space as everyone can be part of the action, including the bar man. This family have fallen in love with this floor plan because the transition between indoor-outdoor flows naturally.

When it comes to apartments and even oversized houses, an open floor plan is your best choice. It avoids any kind of structural separation between uses. Although this open concept is only a few decades old, it doesn’t seem to be going anywhere. @ Vía Cordillera
