In Divemex we were able to observe the presence in a large number of ladybugs Coleomegilla Maculata (red) and Hippodamia Convergens (orange) and we opted to capture them using manual suction machines to avoid damaging them and then be released inside our greenhouses in strategic places where we have high incidences of pests. They feed on these pests helping to reduce the population and obtain good results in the recovery of our crops. Ladybug distribution is included in our projects in Jala, Etzatlán and Ahualulco. Divemex has a natural reserve area in our pesticide-free corn for this activity.
