Product Recommendation I just found this natural yogurt from Danone that only has 2 ingredients, milk and bacteria. And sin azucar, actually means no sugar, not some other sugar by another name. ... We have come a long way in 5 years. When we started the restaurant, to get sugar free yogurt I had to go to Merida.
What did I buy? Product warning. I thought I bought 80/20 ground beef from Bodega, but as soon as I put it in the pan I knew something was wrong. At the bottom of the pan was a red gooey juice. 80/20 should have had fat at the bottom of the pan, there was none. When it was cooked it was dark in color and has a spongy texture. ... My stomach started to turn thinking what was in there. I could not use this in tonight's Shepherd's Pie. Despite the 33 degree heat, I hoped on my bike and peddled to Sorianna, where I watched the butcher grind me 3 kilos of 90/20 beef. It fried up a nice grey color with a fine crumbly texture. This looked normal. The pictures are of the two different meats.

A little cold (a relative concept) rainy weather and the first thing my mind jumped to was Chili. The great thing about Chili is you can throw almost anything into the pot, and then add your desired spice mixture. So I did, there are beans, ground beef, chicken and veggies.My favorite spice mixture is a dark mole sauce with cumin, cinnamon and chocolate.
