The Copper Canyon, or Barrancas del Cobre, are in Chihuahua state and are actually bigger and deeper than the Grand Canyon in the US. Jaime and I have spent the last week in Baja California Sur getting to know this gorgeous place. It’s super hot but there are stunning beaches and so much to do.
