We need a cook with it least two years of full time experience working with a variety of food preferably in a large restaurant with a fast paced environment. Must have a wide knowledge of basic cooking skills, sauces, meats, fish, we are not looking for a beginner. Some English is required, or it least the desire to learn, everyone here speaks Spanish, most speak English.
