KAULA TANTRA YOGA originates from the Kashmir Shaivism tradition. It is a beautiful meditative and relaxing practice, focused on opening and finding a very subtle form of strength. After 6 years of Hatha/Vinyasa yoga practice, Kaula Tantra Yoga changed my life, no exaggeration! Great practice for such a heat I recommend to bring a blindfold to make the most of the experience. O P E N N E S S #kaulatantrayoga - Sitting series warm up Nine months ago, I opened a door and stepped into to the unknown at @durgastigerschool... After years of practice, I rediscovered #yoga ... And my self. Experimenting presence, openness and surrender. For real... Breathing deeply, receiving the practice, sighing. Floating inside, forgetting the mind. Letting the body find its own perfect posture, without pushing. The physical body gets incredibly soft, flexible and relaxed. So does the mind. And from a place of total acceptance of what is, body and mind reunite with the soul.
