. Nos cayó un tifón a la mitad del Obon, el Obon es una ceremonia/tradición que se celebra en Japón y en Okinawa (distintas fechas) por unos días, donde las almas de las personas difuntas regresan a su tierra y su familia a través del Mar. Las almas a las que no les pusieron altar o no decoraron sus tumbas, no pueden regresar y quedan perdidas en el mar durante los días del Obon, por esta razón todas las personas que se dedican a la pesca o turismo subacuático no deben d...e trabajar durante esta ceremonia ya que pudiera desencadenar en una tragedia . No pude dejar de relacionarlo con el Día de muertos en México y nuestras ganas de contactar con los ancestros . Jumping right in . Coming to Japan has been such a long process for obvious reasons, what a time to practice patience and tolerance! . I’m happy to announce that I’ll be teaching Freediving full time in a little island in the south of the Okinawa Prefecture called Irabu since the 5th of August ... . I’ll be offering all levels of courses, training/coaching sessions and Underwater Photography sessions as well, in English and Spanish (and in Japanese as well hopefully soon ) .
