Regularization program. For those whith an expired residency on 2020 and before, the exact timeframe it's not clear yet with INM Querétaro staff. If you used to have a residency, and you were not able to renew it, you can get a regular status in México again. It works for those with an expired student residency, as well as for those who have been denied on the same period. This program works as well for tourists, if your FMM (tourist visa) have been expired between 2019-2020.... There are not banking records required. If you have lost your residency card or your FMM (tourist visa), INM have to research if you used to have one for real, if you can hand a copy/photo of the expired residency/FMM will make things easier for INM staff. The total costs for applying to this program are: 1 year $12,615 2 years $15,215 3 years $17,678 4 years $19,329 These costs already include all of the INM fees, as well as my fee for the assistace trough the process. In order to help you out with all the requirements, I will need some information and documents from you. -Passport -Expired Residency Card/FMM -Weight -Height -Number of children -Marital status -Religion -Maximum level of studies -If you have any scars, tattoos or moles, only if those are very obvious. -Residence country before México, state, county and city. -Main activity on your residence country, as well as an estimated of your monthly income in mexican pesos. -Your address in the state of Querétaro. -Email address.
