Fourteenth Sunday after Pentecost 2020 #MigracionILM #AMMPARO Catorceavo domingo después de Pentecostés. Mateo 18: 15-20 Migrando ligero. Esto les digo: Si dos de ustedes se ponen de acuerdo aquí en la tierra para pedir algo en oración, mi Padre que está en el cielo se lo dará. Mateo 18: 19 El evangelio de esté domingo nos habla de reconciliación, de perdón, de ponerse de acuerdo. De viajar ligero. Jesús aconseja a sus seguidores que perdonen como Dios los perdona, no vale la pena llenarse de rencores, de odios y de desacuerdos; si conocemos de Dios sabemos de su perdón, y nos pide que nosotros pongamos en práctica ese perdón en nuestras relaciones sociales. Cuando haya un problema entre ustedes pónganse de acuerdo, reconcíliense, hablen con testigos y con la Iglesia. Las y los migrantes deben viajar ligeros, no pueden llevar grandes maletas, les estorban. Así debe ser la vida del cristiano, deshacerse de cosas que pesan, que estorban, que atan. Reconcílense, ya que cuando lo hacen, se enteran en cielo, pero si no lo hacen también lo saben. Las y los migrantes sufren discriminaciones, violencias, críticas y desprecios; ayúdemoslos a que no carguen todas estas cosas, que las suelten, que perdonen, para que sigan viajando ligero. Comprometámonos a apoyarlos en sus viajes, que así contribuiremos a que vivan reconciliados con la humanidad. Rev. Moisés Pérez Espino Fourteenth Sunday after Pentecost. This Sunday's Gospel tells us about reconciliation, forgiveness, agreement and to travel lightly. Jesus advises his followers to forgive as God forgives them, it is not worth filling up with grudges, hatred and disagreements; If we know about God, we know about His forgiveness, and he asks us to put that forgiveness into practice in our social relationships. When there is a problem between you and another person, agree, reconcile, speak with witnesses and with the Church. Immigrants must travel lightly, they cannot carry big suitcases, they get in the way. This is how the life of the Christians should be, getting rid of things that weigh, that hinder, that bind. You should reconciled, because when you do, in heaven they find out, but if you don't, they’ll know it too. Mateo 20: 1-16 Yo quiero darle a éste que entró a trabajar al final lo mismo que te doy a ti Mateo 20:14 Jesús regala lo mismo a tod@s El evangelio de esté domingo nos recuerda la invitación que nos hace Jesús a pertenecer a su Reino, y lo compara con una viña que necesita trabajadores, para lo que se contrata a muchos en diferentes horarios, por el jornal de un día. Al final de la jornada, se les paga a todos lo mismo, y alguien que fue contratado por la mañana creyó que se le pagaría mas que al que se le contrató por la tarde. El dueño de la viña le recuerda que él fue contratado por un jornal, que ya se le pago y que él como dueño puede hacer lo que desea con lo suyo. Nadie es mas importante que otros en el Reino de Dios, todos somos iguales, la invitación nos la ha hecho Jesús, no debemos discriminar. Ancianos, mujeres, hombres, niños, migrantes, afrodescendientes, mestizos, etc. Todos somos iguales, Dios no discrimina a nadie. Las y los migrantes también son invitados por Jesús a formar parte de su Reino, para trabajar en favor de la justicia, la paz y el amor. No debemos discriminarlos, ni tratarlos mal, ya que Jesús los hace nuestros compañeros de camino y nos invita a tratarlos como iguales. Rev. Moisés Pérez Espino Sixteenth Sunday after Pentecost. Matthew 20:14 Jesus gives the same to everyone This Sunday's Gospel reminds us of Jesus' invitation to belong to his Kingdom, and compares it to a vineyard that needs workers, for which many are hired at different times, for a day's wages. At the end of the day, everyone is paid the same, and someone who was hired in the morning believed that they would be paid more than the one who was hired in the afternoon. The owner of the vineyard reminds him that he was hired for a wage, that he has already been paid and that he, as the owner, can do whatever he wants with his own. No one is more important than others in the Kingdom of God, we are all equal, the invitation has been made by Jesus, we must not discriminate. Elderly, women, men, children, immigrants, Afro-descendants, mestizos, etc. We are all equal, God does not discriminate against anyone. Immigrants are also invited by Jesus to be part of his Kingdom, to work for justice, peace and love.
